Embrace The Void. Emerge Stronger.
Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - Lumirion Void started because I was tired of seeing the same cookie-cutter gyms where people just went through the motions. Back in 2019, I'd been training folks out of whatever space I could rent by the hour, watching them transform not just physically but mentally too. That's when it clicked for me.
The "void" isn't some trendy marketing thing - it's real. It's that uncomfortable space where you're pushing past what you thought you could do. Where everything hurts and your brain's screaming at you to stop, but you don't. That's where the magic happens, honestly.
We opened our doors on Queen West with a simple promise: no BS, no gimmicks, just results-driven training that actually works. HIIT and functional fitness aren't just trendy workout styles to us - they're the foundation of how real athletes train. And yeah, you don't need to be a pro athlete to train like one.
Started with 8 clients and a dream. Literally just me, some kettlebells, and a rented warehouse space that smelled like old paint.
Moved into 1247 Queen West right before everything got weird. Somehow managed to keep the community tight even through lockdowns with outdoor sessions and virtual training.
Brought on three more coaches who actually get it. Added nutrition consulting 'cause you can't out-train a bad diet - learned that one the hard way myself.
Hit 300+ active members. Started athletic performance programs for local sports teams. Still feels surreal sometimes.
We're not the biggest gym in Toronto, but we've got something special here. A community that actually shows up for each other, both in and out of the gym.
These are the people who make Lumirion Void what it is. We're not just colleagues - we're a crew that genuinely gives a damn about seeing you succeed.
Founder & Head Coach
Started this whole thing after 10 years bouncing between corporate gyms. Got tired of watching trainers phone it in. I live for those moments when someone does something they swore they couldn't do. CSCS certified, but honestly learned more from trial and error than any textbook.
Head of Nutrition & Programming
Former competitive CrossFit athlete who figured out that nutrition's like 70% of the game. I'm all about making nutrition actually sustainable - no weird cleanses or cutting out entire food groups. Real food for real people trying to get real results.
Athletic Performance Coach
Played semi-pro basketball until my knees had other plans. Now I work with local athletes and weekend warriors who want that competitive edge. Big on movement quality - don't care how much weight you're moving if you're doing it wrong.
Group Training Specialist
The energy in my classes is unmatched - I bring the music, the intensity, and somehow manage to remember everyone's name. Used to dance professionally, so yeah, rhythm and timing are kinda my thing. Expect to sweat, probably laugh, maybe cry a little.
Whether you're crushing it or struggling, we've all been there. Everyone's starting from somewhere different, and that's totally cool.
We've got folks who met here and are now actual friends outside the gym. That's not something we planned - it just happened when you get good people together.
We track progress, adjust programming, and actually care if you're getting stronger. This isn't a social club - though the social part's a nice bonus.
Come check out what we're about. First class is on us - no strings attached.
